6.2 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the xe77 Account cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change without prior notice.
6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit into the same Account, in accordance with anti-money laundering policy. xe77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.4 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
6.5 xe77 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, the receiving bank or mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges for which xe77 accepts no responsibility.
6.6 Deposits made via third-party accounts — i.e. accounts not registered in the Player's own verified name — will be refunded and the Account may be suspended pending review.
7.1 xe77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, free bets, and other incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods that are published alongside the relevant offer.
7.2 Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Account as restricted funds and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Cash funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within the xe77 Account wallet.
7.3 xe77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions.
7.4 Players who xe77 determines have abused the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of promotional funds in a manner designed to exploit offer mechanics, or systematic bonus hunting across affiliated platforms — will have bonus winnings voided and their Account suspended.
8.1 All bets placed on the xe77 sportsbook are subject to the individual sport and market rules published within the sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific sport's rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
8.2 xe77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, whether caused by technical malfunction or human input error.
8.3 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the xe77 system, it is binding. Bets cannot be withdrawn or cancelled after confirmation except in circumstances where xe77 exercises its void rights under these Terms.
8.4 All casino game outcomes on the xe77 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. xe77 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not accept any liability for results arising from standard game mechanics.
8.5 Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, including during live events, at xe77's operational discretion.
9.1 All content on the xe77 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, logos, graphics, audio, and the xe77 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of xe77 or its licensors.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the xe77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. 9.3 Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of xe77 intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal channels.

12.1 xe77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players can access deposit limits, session time notifications, loss limits, and cooling-off periods from within their Account settings at any time.
